Principals:
JAMES KINSELLA, President:James co-founded Kinsella GLC with a vision of creating a unique company that delivers diversified construction services and exceptional customer service. James has over 20 years of "hands-on" contracting experience and has always dedicated himself to providing clients with practical solutions to complex construction projects. As President of the firm, James is personally committed to the successful completion of every Kinsella project.
Prior to starting Kinsella GLC, James owned and operated Kinsella Construction, a high-end residential construction company.
James provides a refreshing approach to the construction process and clients appreciate his sensibility and commitment to quality. He is an expert in construction design and building and has a thorough understanding of the building code and architectural requirements of each project and he is always a valuable resource in helping clients plan and build efficiently.
MATT SULLIVAN, Vice President, Business & Project Development: Matt provides leadership and oversees all of the firm's project and business development initiatives. He is responsible for identifying, securing and managing construction opportunities for Kinsella. Its Matt's responsibility to cultivate and maintain critical relationships and to strategically market the company's service offerings across its multiple vertical markets. Matt has over 15 years of real estate, business development, and construction management experience.
Prior to joining Kinsella, Matt founded Manville Partners LLC a real estate management and development company. Matt later started GLC Property Services, Inc., a general contracting firm. Matt is a graduate of Suffolk University and has professional affiliations with the Greater Boston Builders Association and The Boston Society of Architects and is active in many athletic, philanthropic, and community organizations.
